Who we are
Livi London LTD (Company No. 11346558), registered office 32 Scalpcliffe Road, Burton-On-Trent DE15 9AA, is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website (livi.agency). Contact: HR@livi.agency.
What data we collect
Through the Drivers form: your name, phone number, licence category and postcode. Through the Clients form: company name, contact name, phone number, email address and the details of your request. We do not collect any other personal data through this website, and we do not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools.
Why we collect it and on what legal basis
Driver applications: to contact you about driving work and to assess whether we can place you — on the basis of your consent (the box you tick when applying) and, once we start working together, the steps needed to enter into a contract with you. Client requests: to respond to your enquiry and provide our services — on the basis of our legitimate interest in running our business and the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.
Where your data goes
Form submissions are sent by email to our HR or sales team and recorded in a spreadsheet held in our company Google Workspace account. Our website is hosted by Freeola (UK). Google may process data outside the UK; where it does, this is covered by Google's standard contractual safeguards. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above. Driver applications that do not lead to a placement are deleted once they are no longer needed. If you are placed with a client, your data is kept for the duration of our working relationship and afterwards for as long as employment-agency and tax rules require. If you would like your data deleted sooner, email HR@livi.agency.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email HR@livi.agency. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
